You’ve Got Lael Episode 16: It All Comes Rushing In

You've Got Lael

Do you know what happens when you stop moving? You start feeling.

That's what happened to me. I thought I was just burned out, and that once I was rested I would feel better.

Turns out burnout was just the wake-up call for me to deal with some bigger shit.

When I started clearing space in my schedule and slowing things down a bit, I started to feel.
All the thoughts and feelings I had been pushing away for months (maybe years?) came rushing in. Like a tsunami. (Not pleasant.)

So that's what I’m sharing with you in this week’s podcast episode.
What’s breaking down and what’s coming up - old ideas, behaviors, and beliefs.

I'm paddling. My head is above water. But I'm not sure where I'm gonna wash up yet.
