Burnout can be described as emotional, physical, and mental exhaustion caused by excessive and prolonged stress. It occurs when you feel overwhelmed, emotionally drained, and unable to meet the typical demands of your life.
Burnout can leave you feeling like you have nothing more to give and can spill over into every area of life— not just work, but your home or social life too.
Personally, I'm going through a pretty intense time. I'm recognizing and recovering from my own burnout. As a result, a lot of old patterns are resurfacing and others are breaking down.
In this episode, I share with you:
How to recognize burnout in yourself
What burnout means to me, and what I’ve seen it mean for others
How we can recover
