You’re ready to make some changes. Maybe you know what they are. Maybe you’re still trying to figure it out. 

What I have come to see is that regardless of where you are in your growth journey, we all need a solid foundation of self-care in order to thrive. 

If you aren’t sleeping or eating well; if you aren’t moving your body or releasing your stress, it’s really hard to determine your next steps. 

Developing a simple, daily, self-care routine that honors your body’s natural rhythms is where we start.

But here, you don’t just learn what to do, because let’s face it - we all know we should be meditating and exercising more. You learn how to create better habits that last a lifetime.

It might feel hard to put yourself first like this, but I encourage you to trust the process. We’re not into quick fixes here. We honor the time it takes to transform.

How much does it cost?

I’m not sure yet. This program is under renovation to make it more accessible and easeful for me and you. Right now I’m thinking somewhere around $495 for 3 months and then $89/month for as long as you want to stay. But that may change slightly. 

What I am committed to is offering you a quality, transformational growth community that’s accessible for most and allows me to support my family. I currently offer payment plans and hope to offer scholarships as the community grows.

What does it include?

A library of online learning materials: videos, lessons, worksheets, resources. 

Weekly group coaching

Private Forum for members

Ongoing members receive discounts on 1:1 coaching and other workshops.

Is everything online?

Yes and no. Your learning materials (videos, lessons, workbook) are housed in Membervault, an online course delivery platform. Group meetings are on Zoom. Individual coaching is by phone. Sometimes we gather for in-person retreats.

Do you bill insurance?

We do not. Insurance reimbursement requires a medical diagnosis and oftentimes prior authorization for medically necessary treatment. Although there are significant health and mental health benefits to coaching and this program, it is considered “self-help” and not medical treatment for a disorder or disease. You can check with your tax preparer to see if the program is a tax deductible expense for you.

How much time does it take?

People who do well in this program set aside 1-3 hours a week for group meetings, homework, and implementing new habits. Some weeks you may have lots of time to focus on your growth. Some weeks you won’t. The program is designed for you to grow at your own pace and have the support and accountability to stretch yourself beyond what you’ve been able to do on your own. As with any growth experience whether that’s personal training or therapy or a program like this, the more you put into it, the more you get out of it.

How long is the program?

As long as you want it to be. I’ve run this program as a 6-month process, a 3-month process, and even a year-long experience. What I’ve learned is that everyone needs something a little different. 

So, here’s what I’m thinking. When you enroll, you enroll for 3 months. After that, you pay month to month and can stay as long as you want. 

If you just want better self-care habits, you may achieve the changes you want in 6 months. If you want a deeper transformation, that may take more time. Maybe you’re someone who wants the ongoing support and accountability of a growth community without having a time limit. So this program can be as long as you want it to be. 

Do I have to be tech savvy?

A bit. You have to be able to send/receive emails, click links, navigate our private group forum, and dial the phone. We are here to support you if you have any tech troubles.  

I’ve never done an online course, what can I expect?

There might be a learning curve at first. It might take a few weeks to find your flow, but once you attend a couple of group meetings, start connecting with others in the forum, and explore the learning materials, you’ll see how to make it work for you.

I don’t like groups. Why can’t I do this on my own?

Ask yourself this: has it ever worked before?

People evolve faster in groups. The changes you make here are likely to last longer because you are growing and changing with others. You benefit from the momentum, encouragement and energy of others who are also on a growth path. 

That being said, you are welcome to lurk. The program is designed for you to engage at whatever level feels right for you.

What are the other members like?

They are awesome! No, really. The women who have been a part of this community are incredible. Chances are you will be surrounded by honest, motivated, and heart-centered women.

Most members tend to be parents between 30–60. Many have careers outside the home. Some members are single or divorced. Some have no children. Some are retired. Some are queer. Some are straight. Most are white, and we’re working on that. 

Regardless of the identities you hold, we are united in our desire to take better care of ourselves, live aligned with our values, and change ourselves to change the world.

Do you work with men?

Not in this program. We find that the challenges and desires that are unique to women are best explored in a women’s-only space. 1:1 coaching is available though.

My partner needs this too. Can we do this program as a couple?

If your partner is a man, you are welcome to share what you are learning with them, but they cannot enroll or attend group meetings. 

If you and your partner are women, I encourage you to enroll individually. That way you each receive program emails, and can work through the materials privately and at your own pace. If you have questions about your specific situation, schedule a discovery call with me.  

Do you ever meet up in person?

Yes. Sometimes members who live near each other will get together. We also host a retreat or two a year, some for members only, some open to the public. Most retreats are on hold right now due to the pandemic.

What if I need more support?

There are lots of ways to increase your connection and support within the program. You can get an accountability partner or join a power circle (a small group that meets for accountability and conversation). You can use the forum to post questions and wins and/or volunteer for laser coaching in our group meetings. Some members also add 1:1 coaching for individualized support to reach their goals.

I know someone who needs this. Can I pay for them to join?

We love that you are thinking about those you care about. Feel free to share our website with them. Since we’re all about self-determination, we only want members who are motivated to do the work. If you want to offer a scholarship or cover the cost for someone who’s committed but cannot afford it, have them schedule a call with me and we’ll talk it through.

1:1 Coaching

Individual coaching is a collaborative and exciting partnership that helps you create changes in your life. Whether you want to change your career, your self-talk or your relationships, individual coaching can help. 

Individual coaching can be a powerful addition to your Belong To You group program, or as a stand-alone process.

“I need to make some changes in my family and I want to do it well.”
