So much busyness.
What are we trying to achieve?
What are trying to prove?
One of the habits we practice in the Vibrant Body + Wise Mind Program is Living with Ease.
We practice this by slowing down. We examine our beliefs. We develop new response to the pressure to do more, be more, achieve more.
Even when it comes to our habits.
Especially when it comes to our wellness.
We act like wellness has some sort of finish line we are trying to get to, rather that it being a state of being.
We seem to think if we slow sown or let go, we’ll die.
But will we?
Maybe we’d actually start living.
